Booking Confirmation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide a smooth booking experience and high‑quality travel services.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.

A confirmation email or e‑voucher will be sent to the email address provided.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all booking details are correct before departure.

Cancellation & Changes

Any cancellation or modification request must be submitted in writing (by email or letter) as early as possible.

An administration fee of HKD1,000 or equivalent per person per request is charged to cover booking management and communication with suppliers.

Actual cancellation and refund conditions are primarily set by accommodation, transport, ski passes or other service suppliers, who may apply additional charges or no refunds depending on the departure date.

For rescheduling within 30 days of departure, changes will be processed after the administration fee and subject to the supplier’s refundable amount. Within 15 days, suppliers may apply higher cancellation fees and rescheduling is subject to availability. No change is accepted within 7 days.

Cancellation policies may vary by supplier (e.g. accommodation, transport, ski passes, or tour packages).

If the trip is cancelled due to weather, force majeure, or a supplier decision, customers may receive a refund or credit in accordance with the supplier’s policy, and we may offer rescheduling within one year if possible.

Refunds

Confirmed refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days, based on the actual amount refunded by suppliers.

Each refund request per person is subject to an administration fee of HKD1,000 or equivalent, which does not include any supplier or card processing fees.

Cancellations received 30 days before departure are approximately 70% refundable (after administration fee), 15 days before are approximately 50% refundable, 7 days before are approximately 30% refundable, and no refund is granted within 3 days of departure.

Service fees and payment processing fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable.

No refund will be made for no‑shows, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to follow participation requirements.
